What I'm Working on Wednesday...

I have lots of sewing planned for the next couple of days...I can't wait to share my project with you for the Be Mine Blog Tour! It's all going to start at Vickie's blog on January 9th...and the tour will be stopping by here on January 10th! I'm really excited about my project and tutorial...and happy to be using some Valentine's fabric that's been sitting in my stash for awhile!

I also want to let you know that I'll be giving away a $50 gift certificate from FatQuarterShop as part of the Be Mine tour...and in addition to that a $100 gift certificate will be awarded to one blog reader who comments on each of the 7 blog projects--so make sure you come back for that (thank you Kimberly)!

I've been working on my "Mon Ami" blocks and plan to finish all 25 today...I must say I heart this pattern and heart this fabric too! Thank you Carrie, Kaari, and Moda--I'm so grateful for wonderful patterns and beautiful fabrics!  Hope you have a wonderful day!

I have always liked friendship stars. That is a neat looking pattern. Did you tell us the name of it and I missed it?

I love the Mon Ami squares too, and would love to have a squizz at the projects for the blog tour (even though I have used my valentines stash items already :()

Q? About everyone with the Mon Ami Blocks, the pattern says to use x amount of medium/dark charms for the stars, what are you using for the light fabrics? other charms or yardage?

just curious :)

I don't mean to bother you but have you had a minute to look up the name of the tablerunner pattern that you made using the handkerchiefs?
thanks.
