Oh, yummy! Those are great colors and you just can't go wrong with scrappy! I made a bunch of potholders like this using Wedding Dress Blues' tutorial and they were so fun to make. I need to make more, but I'm hoping to make a quilt one day.

I love your string blocks! I remember the tutorial you shared earlier about how to do it. I was wondering if you used paper behind your string blocks and tear it away when you are done, or do you use fabric as the base for your string blocks and then leave it? Thanks so much! :O) Bari Jo
