Happy New Year! Our January Schnibble is——
Madeline! I love this fun little quilt! I used two charm packs of Blessings by Moda…and had a lot of fun deciding on my color combinations. I really love the French General fabrics used in the original pattern–hop on over to Sinta’s blog to see this version! One important note about the pattern…there are a few typos in the original pattern. Please head over to Carrie’s blog where she will have a link to a pdf with the corrections. Sinta or I can also e-mail you this pdf file if you’d prefer–just send us an e-mail.
So…on with the parade…first up is Carol who finished these two Tuffets.

Several ladies chose to display their Tuffets in baskets as did Bea’–terrific idea!

Erica (no blog) also made a friendship bag to go with her Tuffet!
Heather made several Tuffets…all from scraps!
I love these Tuffets by Jo–and she has the terrific idea to enlarge some of these to use for potholders!

What absolutely fun tuffets. I love the Liberty ones Carol made, let alone the ones in the Christmas tree – they're just all so cute!!
It's so fun seeing what fabrics are used and how different a pattern can come across by simply changing fabrics.

What a fun parade for New Years Day! I love all of these, but especially the ones for ornaments or hot pads. It's always fun to see the variety of colors and fabrics in these parades. Plus, it's a great way to meet other sewing bloggers. Happy New Year to you!

I kid you not — I have been clapping as I've scrolled through this parade! Literally, I have become a clapper as so many little things in life have made me happy. It's such fun, that I suggest you open your eyes and jump with glee over the little things that life supplies that can keep us happy … even while life throws wrenches into the cogs! I am hoping to cut out my new Schnibble pattern and get sewing on it on Sunday as my girls and I are having a sewing day. Any chance you could send me the pattern correction so I cut it out right? I checked and didn't see them at Miss Rosies….
