I also had to snap a quick photo of Denyse Schmidt’s area…love the retro vintage feel of her upcoming collection.
Tula Pink’s upcoming group is called Eden, and the colors are bright and saturated.
I actually felt like there were a few collections using these colors and deep saturation.
Alison Harris of Cluck, Cluck, Sew had a delightful booth with her new fabric collection, Hazel.
And of course I had to snap a photo of the delightful Farm Girl Vintage sampler by Lori Holt. I’ll be taking a turn in that quilt along in July.
A close up of Lori’s quilt…
The May Chappell booth was also full of vintage modern inspiration…
I also thought there was a lot of inspiration in Caroline Hulse’s booth (Art Gallery fabrics).
I especially loved this applique’ saying on burlap…I’ve always felt this way about my family!
I had to get a photo of Annie’s booth…I absolutely love her patterns and her Soft and Stable interfacing.
A quilt market post wouldn’t be complete without an Aurifil picture either…I love the new Aurifloss…can’t wait to stitch with it!
And I picked up a sample card so I can match thread colors to Bright Sun!
This was my favorite corner of the Cotton & Steel display…again…I was drawn to bright colors with a slightly retro feel…
Today I organized all of my Bright Sun fabrics and scraps…and now I’m definitely ready to start sewing again!
I’ll be back with one more quilt market post on Monday…and then I’ll let you know about what I have planned for the blog this summer!
Thanks so much for stopping by!
