Hello and happy Wednesday! And happy March! Today I’m excited to let you know about a brand new book I have a project in. It’s another compilation book featuring Moda fabric designers put together by Lissa Alexander!
While it was a fun surprise to see my project made the cover (top of the stack),
it was also fun to see all of the other amazing projects included by so many wonderful designers! We were asked to design projects using one, two, or three charm packs, and I chose to use one…for those times when you have one charm pack of something and don’t know what to use it for! I pieced a simple table runner using our Valley collection for Moda fabrics. The stylized photos are wonderful throughout the book, too!
Martingale will be hosting a fun giveaway on March 22nd, and I’ll be sharing my project on that day along with the other designers!

Finally…things have been a little crazy here with all of my market sewing (finishing quilt number 5 today)! So Michele of Island Life Quilts is hosting all of the projects for the Minis and More parade on her blog today as well as announcing the March project. Be sure to visit her!
I think things will get back to normal soon…I know I’m behind on emails and such, but with finishing the final quilt today I‘m hoping to be back on track asap! Thanks so much for stopping by!
