I love the “Makes Me Happy Monday” posts by Paula…and thought today I’d share some things that make me happy. First, the new issue of Cotton Time…can’t wait to get some time to savor this magazine of inspiration!
It’s always a good day when the FatQuarterShop Designer Mystery Block of the Month arrives…and this one is a gorgeous block by Joanna! Can you believe this is month 10 already?
I love the new Riley Blake line…not just because I love rain, but because these fabrics are so cute! My daughter thinks I should make a bag so I’ll always be carrying an umbrella!
These delightful Minny Muu by Lecien fabrics make me smile…on sale over at FatQuarterShop!
I’ve started binding my Hope Valley Quilt (pattern “Off Kilter” by Heather Mulder Peterson). This fabric and this quilt definitely say “happy.”

Okay, so as I was reading your post I was saying to myself- "your Make Me Happy Monday is Making me happy Tuesday (since it is early Tuesday morning)". Then when I got to the bottom, I was blown away by the win!! Yay!! I am so happy. I LOVE the new Riley Blake fabric…the umbrellas and polka dots are my fave. I'm trying hard to be only a window shopper right now. And the sale at FQ Shop is fantastic…I fill my cart and then let it sit there. Do you know how hard that is?

I love your Monday!! I went to my Japanese book store a few weeks ago (90+ minutes away) and Cotton Time wasn't in yet! It was like was a balloon and the bookstore guy was a giant pin! I'll just stare at your for now. Plus all of your other goodies. I love your taste, Sherri! I could just follow behind you as you shop… "I'll have what she's having".
