Friday Favorites

Hello and happy Friday! Today I have three favorites to share with you…

One of my favorite new patterns (and quilts) is my Patchwork Garden quilt…I’m

happy to announce that I’ll be teaching this quilt as a class at the lovely Hollyhill Quilt Shoppe at their new location in Wilsonville, Oregon on Saturday, September 23rd. The class will be part of a two-day event (the other class will be announced soon…the quilt is actually being quilted right now). This is going to be a terrific class where you’ll learn time-saving techniques and use strip piecing and a terrific new tool to make this quilt go together lickety split. Another favorite is my new Maker Valley (a division of Stately Type) t-shirt. If you’re new to their shop they have a terrific variety of t-shirts and accessories for men, women, and children with some fun sewing and quilting themed t-shirts!

And…my Fig Tree subscription box arrived the other day…filled with some fun goodies. I’m going to wait to share the contents because I want to make up one of the projects first…coming soon–I hope to make it this weekend!
