Hello! Happy Friday…I have a few Friday Favorites to share today…and some information for those of you who have asked for pattern specifics on my Jolly Bar Scrappy Four-Patch quilt from the other day.
First, I’ve had several requests for more information on my Jolly Bar Scrappy Four-Patch Lap Quilt. I’ve written up the pattern in a PDF, and it’s available in my Craftsy shop. Thanks so much for all of the positive feedback!
My first Favorite Friday item I want to mention is my Bendable Bright Light Kit. I didn’t plan on writing about this for a Friday post, but after doing quite a bit of late night sewing for market this week I realized how much I depend on this nifty gadget.
The LED light attaches easily to the side of your machine and allows you to focus extra light right where you need it. I actually bought this and had it for over a year before I started using it. Now I use it every time I sew, day or night!
And I just had to mention these Vintage Verona fabrics I received from Emily Taylor for a project I’m working on for her Pattern Jam website…can’t wait to start sewing with these!
My Hadley bundle is kind of on the back burner for now, but I keep them out just to look at…I just love the retro look of these fabrics.
And while my Aloha Girl (front) sewing finished up yesterday (two market quilts), I’m moving on to making a couple of market projects with Paradiso (pictured in back).
Thanks so much for stopping by!

I have the bendable light and love it, use it all the time too. The Hadley collection looks so nice, and that aloha line, just beautiful. Thanks for sharing.

Oh yes, I just ordered both your books, can't wait to see them!

I have to have a look around for one of those lights, the room I sew in is not that bright. And Aloha girls looks like a beautiful line.

The fabrics look scrumptous!! Are any of your quilts going to be in the Fig Tree booth at PIQF? Let me know so I can look for them! 🙂 Hugs, Helen

Aloha Girl and Paradiso look like they would play nicely together. I am hanging out to see Aloha Girl. I love it when Joanna uses blues!
