Hello and happy Friday! I hope your weekend is off to a wonderful start! Today I thought I’d share just a bit more Creekside fabric love. I‘ve been having a lot of fun sewing with it this week; I keep finding new print and color combinations I love which keeps me adding projects to my list!
I also thought I’d share with you some of the details about the coordinating
Bella solids and Aurifil threads that go so wonderfully with this collection! I’ve now collected them all and am looking forward to adding them to some of my future sewing.
Okay…here are the details for the Bella solids beginning with the bottom and continuing left to right:
- Bella Ivory 9900 60
- Bella Navy 9900 20
- Bella Marine 9900 135
- Bella Spray 9900 263
- Bella Goldenwheat 9900 103
- Bella Etchings Charcoal 9900 171
- Bella Geranium 9900 258
- Bella Coral 9900 14
- Bella Pistachio 9900134
Having the coordinating Aurifil threads makes it easy to piece, bind and quilt my Creekside projects. Again…from left to right as pictured above:
- Aurifil 2785 (navy)
- Aurifil 2805 (blue)
- Aurifil 2140 (gold)
- Aurifil 5004 (grey)
- Aurifil 5002 (raspberry)
- Aurifil 2220 (coral)
- Aurifil 1231 (green)
- Aurifil 2026 (chalk)
I hope these specific color numbers and information will be of help to you as you plan your Creekside sewing!
Also…I haven’t forgotten about my plans to share Christmas project ideas each month…I know I missed February, but I’m finishing up this month’s project idea and will share it next week.
Finally…Craftsy is having a terrific spring supplies sale this weekend…get up to 50% off quilting supplies and kits with up to 70% off sewing fabric and kits here!
Have a wonderful weekend, and thanks so much for stopping by!

Love the new fabric line! Thanks so much for listing the solids that go with the line. When the only way I can buy fabric is on line as the closest quilting shop is at least two hours plus out of the way, trying to match solids to given fabric lines, is really hard. Thanks again for your blog.

Thank you for sharing the solids and thread numbers with us I'm sure this will be handy when your fabrics arrive in stores.

I am really drawn to those coral colors. Lately I have been working on little 5 1/2" blocks for the 2017 Patchwork Quilt Along from Fat Quarter Shop. It is a fund raiser for Make-a-Wish. I have plans to introduce it at our guild retreat in May.

I'm glad you shared the Bella Solid names and numbers. I need to stock up on a few and find it so hard to know which ones would fit best. Thanks :)!

Thanks for giving the Bella solid numbers and names. I had suggested that to a designer last week. Ordering online makes it hard to match.

Sherri, I'd love a 1/2 yard of each of those solids. Do you think you could sell enough bundles to make it worth your while to list those in your shop? I'd buy a bundle. I don't know if your other customers would be interested, but it might be worth thinking about. Lovely colors!! I got my patterns today: Thanks! They look beautiful! Hugs, H

Always fun to get a glimpse (or two) of your new fabric line!

Thank you so much for taking the time to list coordinating solids and thread! I buy almost all of my fabric online, so it's super helpful to have the info for those of us that can't see the fabric in person first. Thanks again!

I love this new line but also have a bundle of desert bloom waiting to cut into. Did you do a similar post on solids for that line? I've searched but can't find it. Would love to know about a few solids as I have to buy most of my fabric online…
