Hello and happy Tuesday! Today I have a quilt finish to share…my Jolly Bar Jazz quilt came back from the quilter! I love the fun Modern Loops pattern with this design and had a lot of fun seeing it all come together with the red binding!
This quilt really went together quickly (using the Jolly Bar pre-cuts really sped things up). You can see my original post about this quilt here.
The fabrics are from the Merrily Collection by Gingiber for Moda fabrics.
I might have taken a lot of pictures of this one! I love how the bold prints mix with the more subtle ones…and the background I used has a subltle tone on tone design which shows up a little better in person.
Again…just love those modern loops…I’ll definitely have to use this quilting pattern again!
This one is going to get wrapped up for giving this Christmas!
Thanks so much for stopping by!

Beautiful Sherri! I really like the feel that the repetitive quilting gives your quilt. I'm almost done my Simply Woven quilt (I won the jelly roll from you) and then I need to find one more cream fat quarter so I can start my Maple Leaf quilt…I'm excited to get going on that one and to see my fabric choices come together. Happy Thanksgiving!! I hope you get some family time.

It is beautiful, and the red binding is the perfect finish!! And it always surprises me that simple, repetitive quilting looks so good! 🙂 It just adds a nice texture without overwhelming the quilt! Have a wonderful Thanksgiving! I hope you'll be able to see all of your kids! Hugs, H

That is great! My quilt using Merrily fabric is languishing at the moment. I hope to finish it up before the end of the year.
