It seems like forever since I’ve done a little “what I’ve been working on” report here on the blog. I do try to take a photo every day to share on Instagram, and today I thought it might be good to catch up with it all here! It’s been a busy week, but a good one! The week started off with the fun surprise of a Honeysweet bundle arriving on my doorstep…this collection is just perfect for some fall sewing!
Some of the latest Fig Tree fabric (this collection will debut at International Quilt Market later this month) also arrived. I’ve been working on two market quilts with these fabrics.
I finished the first one and am currently working on the second one (this one is one of my favorite Fig Tree designs…can’t wait to share).
I also started working on a new quilt pattern using the Kate Spain collection, Daydream. These fabrics are bright and happy like a beautiful spring day…
And I’ve been trying to keep up on some of my works in progress, too. I cut out four new blocks for my “On a Whim” quilt (pattern by Camille Roskelley)…
And two of the newly cut out blocks are now finished! I have fourteen completed blocks with just six more to make…I can feel a finish coming soon.
If you follow me on Instagram, thanks so much for putting up with the picture re-posts. Thanks so much for stopping by!
