I do love the podcasts too, can’t believe its been going so long. I remember how excited I was when you said you were starting one. In relation to the sore shoulders I follow and use Yes2Next on You Tube. They are a woman and her 80 something mother and they are fabulous. I have started using their strength training for upper body as my Dr. said we lose muscle every decade. They are very good. And I am sure will help with sewing and arms and shoulders. Mind you quilting on your home machine is tiring and tough on shoulders. It’s why I got a sit down Bernina Q20.
