I’ve been looking forward to sharing one more market project I was able to work on. I was honored to be able to sew one of Camille’s new pattern releases, “Picnic Rollup.” To top it all off, I was able to visit with Camille at her wonderful studio on the day I picked up the fabric. Camille is genuine and down to earth, and her home and studio are just as amazing as they appear on her blog; her little guys are also absolutely adorable. I really enjoyed visiting with Camille even though I was quite star-struck!

This quilt (it’s a jelly roll pattern) was really a lot of fun to make, and of course I fell in love with Bliss the moment I saw it! Not only do I love every print, but also the polka dots are definitely going to be staples for everyone’s stash. I think I might seriously need an entire bolt of the white on white polka dot!
And even though I didn’t get to go to market this time….I was able to get some goodies from Sample Spree…thanks to Vickie. Maison De Garance, the new line from French General, is absolutely lovely, and I’m also in love with Luna Notte! I have to say too…that the fat-eighth bundle is as cute as can be, and I hope these will be a Moda standard for every line! Enjoy the rest of your weekend…I’ll be back on Tuesday with the Schnibbles parade! Oh, and thanks so much for those of you who visited my shop this weekend…I added in a few more items yesterday…trying, trying to keep things going in!

Wow! You've been busy! All of your quilts are gorgeous. I love the Saltwater Taffy pattern in the previous post.
I just checked out your shop, too, and you have some really cool stuff over there.
Love the little fat eighth bundles. Those are really pretty fabric lines.

That's so cool that you did the sewing on the picnic quilt, it's so cute. Did you see the new Moda Candy Bars? The fat 8's are a great thing, I hope it's a standard addition too. I'm so excited about my Bliss fabric. My husband bought me Camille's new pattern with the daisies.

I just love that Picnic Roll-up. It will make a lovely gift! I'm definitely going to have to get that pattern. And, yes, Bliss is just, well, blissful. I'm partial to polka dots too – they are just great to have in your stash!

Our tastes are so similar. My favorite groups from Market were Bliss, Luna Notte and Maison de Garance too! Only you actually HAVE them and I have to wait!!

Maison De Garance…I can hardly wait…you lucky girl!! I've heard good things about Luna Notte also, but I think I need to see it in person, the online shots leave me feeling ho hum, but most everyone I know is gaga over it.
I'm just counting the hours until the Schnibbles Parade and your reveal of the next project.

That quilt is simply gorgeous. You've done it again! Made my quilting heart skip a beat! I have a Schnibbles question for you. I purchased the Schnibbles Times Two book. Is there another Schnibbles book? I have seen all the pretty quilts in the year of Schnibbles and am wondering where those patterns come from? Thanks!
