Sewcialites 3 Sew Along Block 2
Block 2 Details
This time I mixed in a little Strawberry Lemonade (aqua) with the navy and red prints from our Raspberry Summer collection. I wanted some fun contrast in between the prints in this block and love how it turned out. I strip-pieced the red and background units, cutting them all from one longer rectangular unit instead of individually sewing all of the rectangles together.

If you’re new to the Sewcialites 3 Sew Along, don’t delay–jump in today! This fabulous sew along shares blocks in three different finished sizes: 3″, 6″, and 9″. I’m making the 3″ blocks and will use the Fat Quarter Shop setting for a fun wall hanging. I’ll be mixing fabrics from a variety of our collections for my blocks.
