Hello, friends, and happy Spring! Today I’m sharing the Saturday Seven 434: Lifestyle & More for Quilters post with a fun roundup of inspiration I’ve found from around the internet this week. Keep reading for all of the details.
Here in the studio, I recently finished up another secret sewing project with an upcoming collection. I’ve taken it to be quilted and have one more quilt to make that I will start this week. I’ve been taking such good care of my scraps, too–I can’t wait to share some tips I’ve found to make organizing them easier. I hope you are getting some time in your sewing room as well.

Saturday Seven 434: Lifestyle & More for Quilters
1. Self-Care
This Spring Productivity Reset has some great ideas–even if you only use a few, there are some terrific suggestions for a seasonal reset. And if you love a good essay, I wholeheartedly recommend Erin’s.
2. Recipes to Try
Strawberry Avocado Farro Salad–can’t wait to try this one. (I love the 10-minute Farro from Trader Joe’s). I also found this new salad recipe this weekend that I can’t wait to try: Kale Caesar Pasta Salad with Chicken. And these Easter Hershey Kiss Pretzels are so sweet!

3. Quilt + Sew
Here is part II of Elizabeth’s 2026 Road to California updates (she always does a terrific job of sharing quilt shows and events). If you’ve always wanted to attend, be sure to read her post. And finally, Bella solids are on sale this month at Fat Quarter Shop. It’s a great time to stock up!

4. Book & Podcast Recommendations
This week I loved listening to The Productive Woman’s One-Hour Organizing Sprint. Watch for my adaptation of this for the sewing room coming soon! And this episode on Whimsy and Spring Delights from Best of Both Worlds is also so very seasonal and shares some fun ideas.
