2. Recipes to Try

This Balsamic Chicken Salad looks amazing! And here is an Oven Smoked Boston Butt with Homemade BBQ Sauce–perfect for summer meals! And this Tortellini Salad with Salami looks amazing too!

3. Quilt + Sew

Have you heard of the Acorn method for precision piecing? Several women were using this product at our quilt retreats recently, and of course I had to order some to try! Also, I shared a fun summer sewing printable on this week’s Blockheads 6 Block 1 post! First, I just pre-ordered this book on planning! I’ve followed Sarah’s blog and podcasts for years and I know her book is going to be a good one! Also, this new episode of The Productive Woman talks about Productivity Through the Seasons.

6. Eternity Quilt Events Quilt Retreats

I can’t write today’s post without thanking every single person who attended one of our two recent retreats in St. George, Utah. We had an amazing time at each event and met so many incredible quilters who were all so gracious to share their weeks with us and share their stories. I’m also so very appreciative of Diane of Eternity Quilt Events and her amazing friends and staff who made the events possible. I will have a full blog post on this next week, and we will definitely let you know as soon as we have another retreat on the schedule!
