So, on to the giveaway. My “theme” for the giveaway is “a few of my favorite things.” The first giveaway prize is definitely one of my favorite things…Nanette’s Mixed Bag to Quilt. I’ve made this one in Flights of Fancy by Paula Prass for Michael Miller Fabrics. This is such a wonderful bag…I don’t carry anything else anymore (I’ve now made three for myself and this one for the giveaway)!
Here are the front and back views:
Another one of my favorite things is Patisserie by Joanna of Fig Tree Quilts. So, I’ve made a small bag with some of my honey bun strips and inside of it will be a cute little Moda Bake Shop Box roll of Patisserie (there are 10 honey bun strips in this roll).

Sherri–Congratulations on your one hundredth post! I just love every post of yours that I have read. I first “discovered” quilting blogs, I think in February after I “discovered” the Moda Bake Shop. Imagine my delight being an absolute total quilt maker and lover. I have followed you ever since and thoroughly enjoy the experience. Your links to other blogs have helped me to discover some other fun quilters, too. I would definitely post a link if I had a blog. When school is out for the summer, I would like to figure out how to start one. I love your new bags and your giveaways. So beautiful! I recently got my sewing room re-organized and my goal is to simply work on something–even if it be small–each day. I am looking forward to summer and making mixed bags to quilt with matching glam bags for my daughters and daughters in law for next Christmas. So many other things to do….a little each day! Thanks for your inspiring example!

I'd love to design my own patterns too, but there are so many talented people out there who do that job so great…well – I'll see which of my goals will come true ;o)
Hugs & happy Easter,
