Hello, friends! Today I’m sharing the Saturday Seven 435: Lifestyle & More for Quilters post with a roundup of inspiration I’ve found from around the internet over the past week. I hope you’ll find some ideas here for your weekend and the week ahead.
Here at home, we are enjoying summertime weather in the spring. (Enjoying might be a strong word, I’m really not ready for this heat). I’ve been staying mostly inside sewing to get ready to share a brand-new collection in early May. I can’t wait to be able to share it with you–and that is an understatement. This collection is so good.

Saturday Seven 435: Lifestyle & More for Quilters
1. Self-Care
I’ve been using this 12-12-12 Method for Decluttering–for me clearing the clutter is definitely a form of self-care. I’ve shared this one before, but it’s definitely worth a re-read–all about the stress we needlessly bring into our lives.
2. Recipes to Try
Soy Ginger Marinated Flank Steak is an easy weeknight meal option for spring–use the outdoor grill to cook! I’m making a batch of these High Protein Freezer Burritos this week, too. These Cinnamon Roll Bites are so easy to make and delicious too!

3. Quilt + Sew
Our friends at Fat Quarter Shop just shared this free charm pack French Countryside Tablerunner pattern with a tutorial. For more ideas for sewing with charm packs, you’ll find this post full of inspiration.
4. Book + Podcast Recommendations
The Productive Woman shared her thoughts on Values-Based Planning this week–worth a listen! (And download her worksheet for this here). I also loved the Deep Questions episode about Productivity Technologies.
5. Recent Favorites
I just got this holder for my favorite face towels. I love it–so easy to grab the towels and I can also set things on top of it. (If you are wondering, these are my go-to face towels. I always wipe up the sink with them when I’m done, too–double duty)! I also just got these new pants hangers and love being able to slide off jeans and pants without removing the hanger!

6. Spring Things
These DIY Fabric Scrap Decoupaged Eggs are darling! And if you are looking for spring cleaning ideas, this post has terrific ideas for every area of your home.
