Hello, friends! I got home late Monday night from International Quilt Market in Houston Texas and have pretty much spent this week catching up on deadlines and trying to get back in the swing of things. I actually got a lot done yesterday and hope to be able to do some sewing today! Here is a roundup of inspiration from this week.

Saturday Seven 411: Lifestyle & More for Quilters
1. Self-Care
Here are some wonderful ideas for ways to make more time for yourself. I also loved this article on “How Small Rituals Can Help Center Your Day.“
2. Recipes to Try
This Fall Chex Mix looks like the perfect mix for my sewing room! And this Roasted Sweet Potato Fall Salad looks incredible! And these homemade Bean and Cheese Taquitos also look amazing (I’m going to make mine in the air fryer). Our family loves Chicken Divan–but I’ve never tried it with a Ritz Cracker topping! I might also have to try this Baked Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo!

3. Quilt & Sew
Halloween patterns are all 25% off this month at Fat Quarter Shop! And the Sewcialites sew along with Fat Quarter Shop begins in February featuring 3″, 6″, and 9″ blocks (I’m one of the featured designers). Download your free information packet here.
4. Book & Podcast Recommendations
I absolutely loved the recent Greg McKeown podcast episode with Matthew McConaughey titled “Poems, Prayers, and the Courage to Believe” (listen here). Also, my friend Kristin is back with a new episode–yay!

5. International Quilt Market
I’ll be writing some recap posts about International Quilt Market in Houston last week soon. For now, the three photos above along with the booth photos in this post are representative of what a wonderful time we had! More soon!
6. Update: Delightfully Yours Collector Boxes
I just want to let everyone know that the Delightfully Yours collector boxes Chelsi and I did with Moda fabrics are a little delayed. We are waiting on a replacement notion. As soon as I hear they have shipped I will let everyone know! We can’t wait for you to see the boxes and their contents!

I just love the small projects you had in your booth at Market, the adorable pears, the sweet holiday stockings, and the beautiful cross stitch. Canโt wait for you to share the details and patterns for those. Also canโt wait to see the videos you took this year.
