Quilt Work in Progress November 2025
Mahalo Sample Block and Mahalo Mini
I was able to teach my Mahalo quilt at the recent retreat in Kaua’i, Hawaii! It was so much fun to see this pattern from 10+ years ago remade in our more current fabrics. The students really enjoyed the pattern and learning new ways to put this quilt together with a machine-piecing-only method.

- Mahalo Sticker (A fun extra for retreat participants–I have a few extra in my shop).
- Creative Grids Starburst Ruler by It’s Sew Emma
- Circle Savvy Ruler by Creative Grids

Patchwork Duffle Bag
I also recently finished up my first Patchwork Duffle Bag. I loved making this with a variety of fabrics from many of our collections. Also, I still need to finish up the carrying strap but have already used this on our Hawaii trip.
- Patchwork Duffle Pattern
- Dresden Cheater Fabric (I used this for the bag lining)

All the Things Tote
The All the Things Tote is a super simple bag pattern that goes together quickly. I also loved making this and plan to make more of them.

Cross Stitch Projects
In today’s video I also shared the beautiful cross stitch project my friend Katie from Count Your Stitches Designs created as a collaboration with me for our Poinsettia & Pear patterns.
