Quilt Market Houston 2017 Part 3

Hello and happy Friday! Today I'm wrapping up with the last of my photos from International Quilt Festival 2017 in Houston last month.  Keep reading to the end for some sale info!

I loved this display...the buildings, the city-scape...and then the addition of the

bench and greenery really made it seem real; the graffiti message was timely as well.

Alison Glass's booth really caught my eye...such a fun infusion of saturated color her!

And these thread spools in the Aurifil booth...loved them too!

It's always fun to see friends when walking the show...Amy Smart of Diary of a Quilter is one of my favorites!

I always love visiting Carolyn Friedlander's booth.  She always has an incredible display with her lovely fabrics.

Tula Pink's booth was right down the aisle from mine...her vibrant use of color is always eye-catching!

And Anna Maria Horner always has a lovely display as well.

I never did catch up with Melissa  of Polka Dot Chair...but I always enjoy visiting with her and seeing her latest projects!

Amy Smart's booth...she has a fun new collection that looks like it goes well with her debut  group, Gingham Girls!

Not a booth photo...but the Texas-shaped lazy river at our hotel.  This is the view we saw after leaving the elevator each night to head back to our room...such a fun pool!

Finally...all Craftsy classes are $19.99 this weekend...if there is a class you've been wanting to take (and there are so many great quilting classes offered) is the time to grab one!  Go here to shop the classes!

Have a wonderful weekend, and thanks so much for stopping by!

So exciting! Meeting friends that you usually only meet through blogging, must especially be a highlight. I always get excited when I see some of your fabric in our Local Quilt Shop, that is slowly adding to its Moda merchandise - it somehow feels like you are visiting my home town :)!!
