I just can't stop making those "Spell it with Moda" alphabet blocks. They go together so quickly, and I'm making them all from my scrap bin! I'm supposed to be finishing up some things with deadlines, so I've been using these blocks as my "reward" sewing.
Every fabric in my blocks is from a Bonnie & Camille collection: Bliss, Ruby, Vintage Modern, Marmalade, Happy Go Lucky, Scrumptious, and April Showers are all represented in this quilt! I'll be using Moda Bella white for my block sashings.
I have the rest of my fabric combinations set aside...I just need to take some time to cut them out.
It seems like once I have them cut out I can sit down and sew several in just a short time.
There will also be a few other "non-alphabet" pieced blocks in my quilt...I haven't decided on those yet, though.
But the plan is to have this quilt all put together this weekend...and hopefully quilted soon, too!
It's just been one of those fun projects that caught my eye...and that I couldn't put off!
Thanks so very much for stopping by!
