Happy 4th of July!

Happy 4th of July! This photo of my patriotic quilt, Hometown Summer, from the book Sweet Celebrations with Moda Bakeshop Chefs: 35 Projects to Sew from Jelly Rolls, Layer Cakes, Fat Quarters, Charm Squares & More is one of my favorites. It sort of sums up this time of year for me.

I hope you get to spend time with family and friends, drink some lemonade, curl up with a quilt and a good book...and, of course, sew!

Thanks so much for stopping by!
